River City Rolloffs provides comprehensive construction waste management and recycling services to meet City of Austin Green Building and USGBC LEED Program requirements.

We are authorized by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to accept recyclable C&D material in a commingled state.  We sort the materials for you at our state of the art facility into their proper material categories and distribute them to companies that reuse, recycle and provide beneficial reuse of the products.  This method reduces the number of containers required at a jobsite, thus preserving valuable jobsite space.  It also alleviates worker confusion and the need for additional man-hours to constantly manage what is being placed into the various recycle containers required for the source separate method.

We are committed to helping you meet your project goals to Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.  Please inform River City personnel of your recycling efforts at the time of account set-up so that we may help you reach your goal.

Currently there are only a couple of waste service providers who can legally process and recycle debris.  Insist your hauler provide you with a copy of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality permit where the waste is being processed.

We cannot recycle the following - Hazardous materials, household garbage, putrescibles, liquids, insulation, transite siding, tile, backerboard, painter's plastics, paint cans, drop clothes, painted & treated/wolmanized wood, dirty buckets, and painted wood windows and doors.

*Please place aluminum drink cans and plastic water bottles in plastic bags.
**RCR accepts metal appliances such as stoves, sinks, water heaters, washers, dryers and refrigerators. Additional $50.00 charge per refrigerator for Freon evacuation.
